Missouri has a total of 19 Community Action Agencies, and every county in the state of Missouri falls under the umbrella of one of these agencies.

Missouri CAN is the statewide association of Missouri’s 19 Community Action Agencies, Allies, and Supporters united to end poverty. We are helping people and changing lives in all 114 counties and the City of St. Louis.
Central Missouri Community Action
CMCA is the designated Community Action Agency for the eight counties of Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cole, Cooper, Howard, Moniteau and Osage.

CAASTLC is a Community Action Agency serving St. Louis County.
Community Action Partnership of St. Joseph
(CAP of St. Joseph), is the designated Community Action Agency serving the needs of low-income families in Andrew, Buchanan, Clinton, and DeKalb Counties in Northwest Missouri.
Community Services, Inc. of Northwest Missouri
