Updated COVID-19 Protocol for CAPNCM

3/25/2020

In efforts to protect employees as much as possible during this Covid-19 outbreak, Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri staff members will begin working remotely from their homes whenever possible. The agency office located in Trenton will remain closed to the public until at least April 10th, 2020, at which time, conditions will be reevaluated.
All client-based services will continue to be conducted by postal mail, telephone, fax, electronic means (such as e-mail, social media, and web-based), or a combination of those. Departments will continue to process all incoming applications for assistance and every effort will be made to minimize any interruptions to normal services.
The agency requests your patience and understanding during these uncertain times and will continue providing the best level of service possible to clients. Response times to voicemails and emails may be longer than usual as staff adjusts to new and unusual work circumstances.
