Phone: 1-855-290-8544 Fax: 1-844-503-1872  Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri Grundy County Public Housing Agency will reopen its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List on September 1st, 2016. We do not mail out blank applications and potential tenants will need to call our office at 660-359-3907 or 855-290-8544 option #5 to make an application or set an appointment.
CAPNCM/GCPHA will take applications for the Section 8 HCV program for local residents, as we have a local preference. Our service area covers the following North Central Missouri counties only: Andrew, Buchanan (outside city limits of St. Joseph), Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston (outside city limits of Chillicothe), Mercer, Putnam, and Sullivan. If you do not currently live in this area or plan to move to this area within a reasonable timeframe, please do not call to request a space on our waiting list. Thank you! CAPNCM is seeking a full-time Weatherization Crew Member*. Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
