If you received LIHEAP within the past year, Winter applications will be mailed to the address on file with the state soon.
There is no need to call and request one at this time. NO WINTER APPLICATIONS CAN BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER OCTOBER 1ST, AND NO PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UNTIL NOVEMBER 1ST (ELDERLY/DISABLED) AND DECEMBER 1ST FOR EVERYONE ELSE. The Area Governing Board of Community Action Partnership of North Central Missouri (CAPNCM) will hold its regularly scheduled board meeting on Tuesday, September 10th at 7:00p.m. in Trenton. This meeting is open to the public.
