We are all working just as fast as we can to get every household registered, processed, and etc. and would like to remind you that belligerence or any kind toward staff members will not be tolerated. Phone calls and messages ARE being returned multiple times per day, so it is very important for you to leave your name and a working number in your voicemails to us. Please remember - if you do not answer your phone or have your own voicemail set up when we return calls, there is no way for us to get back in touch with you.
